Design Management

We manage and oversee the design process from initial concept, through development and tender and on to construction and completion. This service includes identifying design requirements; making sure the right team are appointed to deliver it; and constant review and comment on design to ensure it meets the brief and various project constraints.

We track, forecast and report on costs through every stage of the project. This includes all development costs including construction, surveys, fees, fittings, furniture and soft furnishings.

Project Monitoring

Where you have a team appointed, we can provide project monitoring, auditing and reporting services to give you peace of mind. We can also provide recommendations to address any potential shortcomings, if required.

Contract Administration & Employer's Agent

We generally work with the JCT suite of contracts and will recommend the form of contract that best meets your requirements and that of the project. We draft the Contract for execution by you and the contractor and then administer it on your behalf.

We can take care of all services from post purchase / project inception to occupation and everything between. Where required, we’ll also work with our extensive network of experienced and talented professionals to deliver a full-service solution.
