The project was the expansion of a private estate in Surrey, which involved improvements to the Client’s existing manor house and grounds, along with the phase purchase, demolition and development of five separate adjoining properties.
This was a large, complicated and multi-faceted project across various overlapping phases.
London Hill provided full Development Management services for the design procurement, construction and fitout (incl FF&E) of 29,000 sqft new build; 27,500 sqft refurbishment of existing buildings and 4,500 sqft Planning Consent for additional structures, as well as 15 acres of intensive hard and soft landscaping works.
